residential real estate world. He was a licensed broker in North Dakota where he listed and sold over
$50 million in new and resale homes, land and lots, and commercial and agricultural property.
He became a licensed broker in Arizona, May 2003, and in 2005 established the Fountain Hills based company,
Kelleher Realty and Associates. Paul and his team have expanded their areas of expertise to include land
and lots, luxury homes, golf communities, and condominiums. They have become proficient in successfully
listing and marketing short sales and lender-owned properties. In the past 9 years, Paul has sold over
$30 million in Arizona real estate.

Luana Lochner earned her Wisconsin real estate broker's license in 1977 and is celebrating her 38th year
as a real estate professional. The Designated Broker for three companies in Wisconsin, Yunker Real
Estate, Stark Company and Anchor Real Estate in Madison and Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, Luana specialized
in vacant lots, custom homes and residential listing and sales. She earned her GRI and CRS
designations during her time in Wisconsin. She also completed 2 years of business college courses in
order to more finely tune her sales and management skills.
She worked with her husband Steve in his business, Summit Custom Homes, building homes for the
Madison Area Parade of Homes and the Hanks Hollow development in DeForest, Wisconsin, among
many other projects.
The Lochners moved to Arizona in 1995, where Luana earned her AZ real estate license. She continued
residential sales along with marketing on-site sales in several custom home projects including FireRock
Country Club, and developments throughout Fountain Hills, Rio Verde and Tonto Verde. The Lochner
team is also experienced in constructing, marketing and selling multifamily housing (including Vista
Montana Condos on Arrow Dr) and several commercial buildings in and around Fountain Hills.
The Lochners have continued their teamwork to this day, and Steve brings important builder insights to
Luana's side of their partnership. Steve had planned to retire, but because of the demand instead joined
his son's company, CJL Masonry.
Luana enjoys reading, walking, and spending time with her 5 grandkids, some back in Madison,
Wisconsin, and some here in Fountain Hills. She is an active member of Friends in the Hills and lives now
in the Village at Towne Center. She and Steve recently sold their home in Show Low, where she lived for
13 years before settling permanently here in Fountain Hills.

Paul and Wendy Kelleher of Kelleher Realty and Associates welcome their newest agent, Veronica Dorava. Veronicahails from the Wilmette, IL , located in the north shore suburbs of Chicago where she and her husband owned Olives, a small French and Italian Bistro & Wine bar. Olives was the Dorava’s “baby” from 2003 until the spring of 2006 when they moved to Tucson.Veronica’s in-laws lived in Arizona, and with a small baby, the young family was ready to get get out of the cold and decided to give sunny Arizona a try.
Veronica studied real estate at Hogan School of Real Estate in Tucson and moved to Fountain Hills in 2008 after their second child was born.
After the arrival of their second child, they decided to find a more permanent place to settle down and raise their kids. They made the 2 hour drive to Fountain Hills and never looked back.
Fountain Hills has been a beautiful, safe, family orientated, happy place to call home for the young family. The Dorava kids are regulars in Fountain Hills Little league and they all attend every family event that this wonderful community has to offer.
Veronica’s father is a commercial real estate broker and her brother is a residential real estate broker in Chicago. Her father has been in real estate all of her life and brokered much of the sale and development of Children's Memorial Hospital in the city. Dorava’s mother is a critical care nurse: Veronica says, “I remember her always being so proud of my Dad when another piece of the hospital was developed.”
